I am bootstrapping, so initially this will be an unpaid position, can lead to a lot more. I am looking for experienced sales & marketing & business development person to build an effective new business relationships with the potential customers, and create a strategically sound process of managing the customer all the way from initial conversation to final contract execution.

Our target market consists of real estate brokerages and investment companies. Those individuals and companies that are spending over $2K/year on non-MLS data. Typically this is CRE and retailers. I would prefer if you have prior experience in this field and have a network that you can tap into.

Growth Maps is the only real-time data visualization technology – that instantly displays the most current demographic and economic growth data online - enabling more accurate and profitable decisions. See video at growth-maps.com. Our tech is built and passcode protected. We are in the process of Beta launching with historic data I have aggregated, mostly to get feedback.

Our SaaS model replaces systems that some large builders and retailers build and develop in-house. Using (1) GIS software like ESRI + (2) monthly/quarterly economics and demographics data+ (3) hiring a GIS programmer. We deliver both unique data and technology that is currently not online. Our predictive models, demo and prototype are built on data I have purchased and aggregated. We need B2B customers, partners and/or funding to refresh our data and scale. Can be B2C too

• Build and maintain a large network of contacts at SMB companies, with a focus on developing relationships with businesses, executives, and others who might be key stakeholders in engagements with GM.
• Clearly identify a problem or “need” big enough that a customer is willing to pay for it, and find that customer
• Explore other potential channels and partners, such as REITs, institutional investors / sales, brokers/brokerages, and others.
• Develop and execute business development and sales strategy for clients, with actionable roadmap.
• Test various reach-out approaches and identify a repeatable sales method that works
• Demo and close deals

• Proven success leading business development.
• Extensive experience in sales, and the ability to develop sales strategies and build relationships with technical and non-technical clients.
• You must have a strong understanding of how our software works, and core problems we address.
• A strong network of business contacts and the ability to leverage those contacts to facilitate business opportunities.
• Experience closing deals in the $10K to $2M range.
