As a person in this position, you need to be highly driven, and take ownership and responsibility for the following:
• Establishing connect with Hospital Admins, Patient Coordinators and Translators to identify opportunities in Domestic/International Medical Tourism.
• Explore corporate tie-up opportunities with Hospitals where the footfall of medical tourism is more.
• Accountable for all aspects of the sale, from pricing negotiations to closure and move-in.
• Create an effective sales pitch and strong sales collateral
• Follow up with leads regularly
• Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems
• Managing the relationship with Hospital admins and Patient Coordinators, communicating regularly about the leads converted and following up for future leads, thereby creating long term supporters for Ziffy Homes.
• Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels.
• Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and strategize accordingly.
Initially it would be an individual contributor role but as the business grows a team would be provided for this role.
