We at Zepo are looking for an eager-to-learn Business Development Executive. This person is a key
leader in improving and strengthening experience, focused on an exceptional B2B customer journey.
A Business Development Executive at Zepo shall drive the conversion and engagement while
maximizing revenues and profitability. We are looking for people who love & enjoy doing business
development. In this role, you will focus on prospecting, nurturing relationships, generating sales,
and driving repeat business.

Job Responsibilities:
● Establish a consistent pipeline on a daily basis through lead generation via inbound &
outbound channels
● Establish rapport, identify needs, make appropriate recommendations and close the sale via
customer meetings, telephone, and web.
● Assisting Clients in setting up their online stores & providing them with expert opinions about
market standards regarding online selling.
● Act as e-commerce consultant with for the clients to deliver effective solutions to clients.
● Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients over phone, email, and in person.
● Maintaining healthy working relationships with existing customers.
