At Zepo, we’re looking for a highly-motivated startup-savvy Assistant Manager supporting our CEO. This is a busy role where each day can bring a new set of objectives, priorities and demands. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise discretion, good judgment and initiative. The successful candidate will work at all levels in the organization, interfacing regularly with management and with external constituencies on a broad variety of issues. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, and flexible and be able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times.

Business Development:
• The assistant supports business development efforts by securing new business opportunities
• Prepare sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
• Manage the communication of the organization with clients via means like emails, telephones, and websites
• Identifying appropriate and qualified prospects, securing introductory /or follow-up meetings and proactively working with business development in lead generation development.
• Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner
• Manage reports and management information to ensure the company meets up with requirements made known by clients
• Managing all escalations directed to the CEO from existing customers
• Understand the root problems of these escalations, report to the CEO on a regular basis, and ensure such cases do not recur.
• Handle details of a highly confidential and sensitive nature, and engage with high level contacts inside and outside the company
Admin Coordination:
• Manage and maintain schedules for the CEO, including scheduling travel and making appointments, and making changes to appointments
• Collate all the daily working reports of different teams and present the analysis.
• Support executive team members with administrative duties
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with the team leads and members.
• Serve as the focal point for many administrative responsibilities that arise on an ongoing basis
• Demonstrating independent judgment and strong problem-solving skills as they apply to situations in the job
• Collate all the daily working reports of different teams and present the analysis.

EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years proven Sales & Business development experience

QUALIFICATION: Education in any field, however a graduation or post- graduation is a must.

SALARY: 2.5LPA to 5LPA (based on experience)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time-management, prioritization, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and diplomacy, using good judgment, discretion and professionalism.
• Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions. Anticipates needs of the CEO and executive team on a daily basis
• Ability to adapt/shift to evolving business landscape/ fast paced environment

As an assistant, you will support internal team communication, take ownership of all administrative tasks and coordinate with the clients on behalf of the CEO. We are looking for a bright, confident, get-it-done attitude, energetic, detail oriented individual, who can think outside of the box and has strong time management skills, and is able to multi-task.
