Customer Service Agent - Overnight$5k – $10k

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated person to join our Hospitality team. In this role, you will ensure that our customers have a seamless, supported, and exceptional journey wherever they stay with us and help enforce community guidelines at one of our prized locations.

Job Type: Part-time
Shift: Overnight / Weekend shift
- Provide enthusiastic and personalized customer service to Zencity clients
- Assist our clients with their needs during the booking process, pre-stay, during their stay, and post-stay
- Proactively resolve client issues as they are reported
- Ensure outstanding client questions and requests are handed off with an end-of-shift update
- Become a subject matter expert on our 3rd party sales channels’ policies
- Review client messages and add support if any have gone unanswered
- Help maintain internal repair and maintenance trackers
