The Role

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts.

As a Sales Development Rep you will help the sales development team analyse and target future clients, building prospecting list and engage these prospects through outbound activity.

Your work involves gathering relevant data about existing and potential customers. You will collect this information and break it down in a meaningful way. You will use the information to identify market trends, find areas of need that aren't currently being met, and then engage in outbound activities to drive engagement including emails and phone calls.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for sales managers
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

Qualifications

  • Ideally 1+ year in a high performing SDR function or a customer facing B2B role such as sales or 360 recruitment but will will consider enthusiastic graduates who are determined to be successful
  • High energy with a history of top performance and high levels of prospecting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience building prospecting lists and finding the right people to contact
  • Analytical, resourceful, confident
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential

  • We’re a team of 40+ across 4 offices (London, Barcelona, US and Durban) and are live in 3 markets (UK, US and South Africa)
