Zaya is an education technology consulting firm focused on developing innovative solutions for the most challenging problems in learning and education.

We began our journey in 2012 by solving the most challenging problem of all - how to deliver high-quality education to the more than billion children around the world who have no access to the internet. Through our award-winning ClassCloud device, children in Indonesia, India and Mongolia were able to access high-quality content that was personalised to their needs at affordable rates.

After five years of developing cutting-edge educational products, we have broadened our focus to improving systems for learners everywhere. We are now working on developing impactful learning solutions to help train teachers, encourage outdoor play and improve the efficiency of school operating systems.

While our ClassCloud and School WiFi devices and educational applications continue to be used in schools across India, we are now working on creating the first of its kind learning and school management engine that can help schools across the world in improving learning outcomes, manage teachers and their professional development and assist school managements in decision making through analytics.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all marketing and specifically product marketing work deliverables for Zaya. In the next few years, Zaya will be developing a platform with a host of products that help a school / educational institute

- Managing the website and social media accounts and assuring regular updates

- Creating Product Marketing Strategies and managing publicity, PR and marketing for all new product launches and re-launch of existing products

- Developing a key understanding of the organisation’s target audience

- Managing Communication of product changes to your customers in an understandable way and constantly shaping the development of the products

- Developing a product strategy and keeping the balance between your team’s vision for the product and the needs of the customers;

- Preparing the pricing strategy and deciding on your product’s positioning;

- Conducting customers’ interviews that will help you see their motivation to use the product.

- Managing internal communication via newsletters, emailers to communicate all central level announcements, policy changes etc.

- Creating a network of like minded organisations including NGOs, partners and potential clients for Zaya’s product suite.

- Degree in Computer / IT Engineering followed by MBA - Masters Degree in Marketing Preferred
- 4 years of experience with at least 2 years of work experience as a product marketing manager in a technology based product company
- Google Suite (Office, Drive, Email, Hangouts etc.)
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of Wordpress, SquareSpace, Mail Chimp and other Marketing related digital tools
