Yumi is the premiere brand for nutrition and wellness for babies. Through a weekly subscription service, Yumi delivers meals and snacks that are fresh, nutrient dense, organic and low in sugar for young kids. Our mission is to empower parents with information to help them understand what they are feeding their children and why, and to provide convenient, healthy options.
Backed by leading tech investors, such as August Capital, NEA and Brand Foundry, Yumi has grown rapidly since launching last year and we are looking to add several new members to our team.

Operations Analysts at Yumi have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenges to help scale Yumi. The Operations Analyst will lead all internal operations, including (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:

- Coordinate operations plans and budgets
- Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals for the organization
- Manage and optimize supply chain
- Manage various partnerships and relationships, including suppliers, vendors, customers.

We are looking for someone who is incredibly driven, a self-starter, deeply analytical, a team player and passionate about our mission. A successful candidate must have the ability to think strategically, problem solve, and be resourceful.

Strong desire to work for a start-up and in an entrepreneurial culture are a must for this role!
