Head of Marketing Analytics:
We are looking for an analytically gifted, hands-on leader. This is an opportunity to combine your analytical skills, creativity and decision making to drive visible business impact.

Responsibilities:
• Design relevant marketing plans and strategies for digital ad campaigns, combining an understanding of consumer behavior, data drove insights and client's product positioning and marketing objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and audience profiles to find sweet spots and wastages, and make effective marketing decisions to complement machines in driving results.
• Work with large, complex data sets. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
• Make engaging presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information.
• Conduct live experiments to explore new ideas and hypotheses in a cost effective and agile manner, and find ways to scale up marketing campaigns.

Competencies:
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, including deep expertise and experience with statistical data analysis such as linear models, multivariate analysis, sampling methods.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. business administration, engineering, statistics, operations research, economics, computer science, mathematics) from topnotch schools.
• Strength in finding the right problems to solve and ability to figure out solutions.
• Experience with statistical software (e.g. R) and database languages (e.g. SQL) is a bonus.
• Demonstrated skills in selecting the right statistical tools given a data analysis problem.
• Demonstrated comfort in operationally intensive startup environment.
