Yellowdig is looking for a passionate, self-driven, hungry Account Executive who is looking for long-term opportunities within a fast-growing Education Software/SaaS Start-Up.

Responsibilities :

● Create detailed personal sales plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
● Manage the assigned account sales cycle from finding a prospect to securing a deal
● Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
● Present company and products to prospective clients
● Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
● Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
● Negotiate agreements and keep current and accurate records of sales data in CRM system

Requirements :

● Proven track record in software sales in a tech startup and a passion for education
● Knowledge of market research, sales (lead generation, forecasting, pipeline management) and negotiating principles
● Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce)
● Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
● Proven organizational and time-management skills
● Employees can work from home, unless based in the Philadelphia region
● 30 - 50% travel to prospects, clients, conferences and company headquarters
