We are looking for a SAAS Enterprise Account Manager to play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients. Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase revenue.

As an Enterprise account manager, you will represent our company and interact with major clients. So, if you have excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude, we would like to meet you.

The Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Minimum 3 Years in Software product/Services account management is MUST
Develop and implement specific customer account and opportunity plans supporting company goals and quota objectives.
Engage effectively entire sales personnel to develop and implement customer account plans.
An analytical and logical ability to understand the internal workflow of the customer and help them exploit your software.
Manage and stimulate revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies.
Manage and execute sales process and activities effectively.
Negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management within enterprise.
Generate and manage new business within assigned accounts.
Report and forecast sales every week and month.
Support marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies and vertical market growth within assigned territory and accounts.
Attain knowledge on client’s business and information security environment.
Identify client referral and coordinate communication to direct sales team.
Define and convey additional client training programs.
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM & Hubspot)
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal & external stakeholders
Manage and update customer relationship tools for each client interaction.
Process sales order information accurately.
Operating as the Lead Point of contact for any and all matters specific to your Accounts
Develop relations with multiple clients and local media internal constituents to identify client needs and develop solutions.
