Delight the customer with the Work 2.0 SaaS application they have been waiting for to succeed in the workplace. We are looking for a Sales representative, ideally a strong social media influencer and/or strong vertical industry experience in an industry experiencing severe digital disruption (IT, finance, healthcare, consumer, life science, manufacturing, etc.). You would work under the dual direction of our VP Product, who is a RISD educated designer as well as former head of digital at AmEx, as well as our Founder, who is a serial entrepreneur, a PhD with Oracle and MIT background. The aim is to go to market with a small set of corporate trials (15-20) over the next six months, at least 2-3 in each vertical.

Responsibilities
• Effectively sell technical products to demanding enterprise customers and contribute to the wow factor for individual users and customers.
• The aim is to go to market with a small set of corporate trials (15-20) over the next six months, at least 2-3 in each vertical.
• Your task will be to sign a minimum of 3 paid pilot trials in your core industry and at least 1 in an adjacent industry in the next 3 months.

Skills And Qualifications
• An excellent communicator (in person, phone, email).

• Demonstrated experience solving complex sales tasks efficiently, innovatively, and elegantly. Ideally, six months’ experience or more as a (part-time) sales rep in another startup (with some success).

• Proven skills in internet age sales tools, turning leads into deals.

• BA (or near graduate) in something useful, from a top tier university.

• Thorough understanding of the business context, strategy and knowledge needs, particularly in the finance, tech, and life science industries is desired, but not required.

• A desire to be at the forefront of the next industrial revolution
