What you’ll do

Respond to inquiries, quote and order requests through phone, email and online chatting to provide an excellent onboarding experience
Effectively resolve customer issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Proactively communicate with customers to improve customer retention and customer loyalty
Manage customer accounts, which include customer info, orders, scheduling and payments etc.
Actively collect customer feedback to help improve company service offerings

What you’ll need

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
