Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for client acquisition, direct and End-to-End sales of our design and development services.

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

  • Responsible for achieving the sales targets in the assigned territory.

  • Responsible for sales

  • Forecast and track key account metrics, prepare weekly, monthly reports.

  • Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients.

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified and prospective clients

  • Meeting the operational needs of assigned client segments.

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate.

  • Should possess 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales, Account Management, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Market Research and into Business Development.

  • Required strong knowledge in Sales & Business Development preferably in IT/Software industry

  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer need.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing achieving timely targets.

  • Manage large amounts of calls & Generate sales leads

  • Proven Sales & customer support experience

  • Exceptionally good in English communication
