We are building some really exciting sh*t at x.ai

At x.ai, we're building artificial intelligence super-powered productivity software. The software schedules meetings for our customers automatically, without subjecting them to the typical back and forth over email negotiating when and where to meet someone. We're looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us on the journey in building this new frontier. You’ll get to work side by side with a group of focused and passionate individuals in a fully distributed setting.

- Increase Monthly meetings scheduled (MMS) per customer (a metric you will become obsessed with and a proxy to know whether you are successful or not!)
- Create and execute engagement experiments, learn quickly from them, understand their impact on goals, and communicate learnings widely; on their success see them implemented into the product
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and eng teams to drive engagement experiments and initiatives
- Set goals, track and communicate metrics and impact of executed experiments
- Own and run all customer-facing communications
- Innovate engagement campaigns, initiatives, and experiments to drive engagement
- Be the voice of the customer. Have a deep understanding of how customers interact and engage with the product, and how to ensure their success with the product
- Drive engagement initiatives that result in increased customer lifetime value, satisfaction, retention, usage, and reduce churn
- Regularly engage with customers (there is no substitute for calling them up and having a conversation!), expand customer-facing empathy, and communicate feedback back into the product development cycle
- Run analyses (both quantitative and qualitative) and leverage insights to drive data-driven decisions to inform growth tactics
- Drive goal-oriented initiatives in an efficient, results-driven way

- 5+ years experience driving and owning engagement for a product or company
- Extensive experience as the voice of the customer, and expert in taking a proactive, data-driven approach to driving engagement
- Strong track record of running engagement experiments with outstanding results
- Flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of behavioral analytics, customer communication platforms and analytics platforms
- Experience at a startup a plus
- SQL a plus
- Thrives in a fully remote setting

Bonus points:
- Entrepreneurial experience, whether solo or on a small team
- Extensive knowledge of Analytics platforms such as Datadog, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.
- Firm grasp of key growth metrics such as DAU, MAU, Revenue churn vs. user churn, MRR, etc.
- Fluent in HTML and basic web languages (you will likely be coding some emails!)
- Working knowledge of Wordpress management
- Copywriting experience, unafraid of a turn of phrase, and not above the occasional pun
