The Role

Roles And Responsibilities :

  • Answer user's queries professionally to provide information about products and services, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve user's queries.
  • Have a sound knowledge about the product
  • Should be able to debug the product related issues by coordinating with various departments
  • Doing outbound calls for feedback and user related experience.

Job Specification :

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to interact and build a relation with clients with ease.
  • Should be able to take up ownership's.
  • Qualification (Any graduate)
  • Analyze and make decisions based on customer care data
  • Smart good communication
