You’ll head the customer-facing organization of a venture-backed, remote-first, seed stage SaaS company called Woven (woventeams.com). Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own helping our customers build inclusive, effective engineer hiring systems. Building your Customer Success team will be your first step.

At Woven, we believe that traditional hiring is broken. Most companies hire based on gut feel and credentials, not evidence of a candidate’s ability to excel at the job. That means there are great-fit candidates who are being overlooked. We’re starting with the hottest hiring market: software developers

Woven’s SaaS product makes it easier for companies without a fulltime technical recruiter to hire better-fit developers faster, with less engineering effort.

Woven replaces the traditional screen with work simulations. Our scenarios evaluate tech skills AND catalytic/soft skills in real-world situations. Then we use artificial intelligence to give EVERY candidate detailed feedback.

You'll get to:

Your key responsibilities:
As the leader of Customer Success, Customer Support, and Implementation, you’ll help our customers
Get the most out of our platform
Build effective, authentic candidate attraction
Implement inclusive interviewing and decision-making
Effectively sell in-demand candidates
Use data to drive continuous improvement
Provide superior candidates experiences by working with Woven’s candidate support team for responsive communication

You may need to travel infrequently for conferences or in-person meetings, but this is primarily a remote position. You’ll spend approximately 3 days per quarter in Indianapolis.

Requirements
You have helped hire developers as internal recruiting/talent OR previously held a director-level or higher Customer Success role at a SaaS company
You have previously managed a team
You live within a 3-hour drive or a direct flight of our Indianapolis HQ

We’ll be especially excited about meeting you if you have any of these capabilities:
You love using technology like Trello to build repeatable systems
You have client project management experience, either through consulting, customer success, or internal project management
You can read a little bit of code, in a pinch
You enjoy occasionally putting on a marketing hat to solve candidate attraction puzzles
