Our company is growing quickly and we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Associate to join our team by July 1st! This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in architecture, interior design, hospitality and real-estate development fields.
This person will be on the ground floor, heading the sales of our newest SaaS platform, Notch (enterprise.workof.com), as well as maintaining the pipelines for the rest of WorkOf. There is a lot of room for growth within our quickly growing company.
Our ideal candidate is an independent, self starting, high performing and results driven individual.
Responsibilities:
- Set up drip campaigns to prospect for new leads
- Follow up with prospects to set sales meetings and phone calls
- Present to clients on the phone and in person
- Maintain and submit sales activity and results reports in Salesforce
- Adjust content of sales materials, outreach and presentations according to client feedback and needs
- Close sales & maintain relationships with clients
- Establish personal networks by participating in professional events
Qualifications:
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passionate, self-motivated, people-person
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong design sensibility
- Comfortable working with large data sets
- Ability to set, maintain and exceed sales goals
- Extremely detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot to meet hard deadlines
- Proficient in Excel and Salesforce
- Nice to have: experience in SaaS sales
Terms:
- We are open to both part and full time applicants
- Must be available at least 20 hrs/week and for at least three months.
