At WorkHound, we believe people should love the work they do. We live this as a team and through our product.  

We are building the megaphone for workers that don’t have a voice.

WorkHound is a real-time feedback platform for frontline workers. We help companies reduce avoidable turnover. We’ve got a foothold in trucking, where the average company turns over 95% of their workers every year and spends ridiculous amounts of money in recruiting. The same thing happens in industries we’re exploring, like nursing, warehousing, and manufacturing. 

Why? Because workers don’t feel respected. We amplify their voice, help companies understand the needs of their staff, and improve their culture in the process.

Why we’re hiring:

-Our customer base is growing, our goals are big, and we need a kick ass individual to join our team.

-We’re looking for someone with hustle and heart to help us grow even faster.

-But we don’t need your average sales rep. We need a builder. An A-player that will take this role, own it, grow it, and make our team even stronger. We want someone who is personable, hungry, and eager to do meaningful work.

You are responsible for:

-Helping us set up deals. You will educate prospects via phone calls, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and other creative outlets.

-Turning strangers into allies. When someone is interested in WorkHound, you will understand their challenges and determine if we are a good fit to work together.

-Learning everyday. One of our values is “win or learn” -- we will do a ton of both together.

-Escalating issues and customer feedback to the product team to help -improve our platform.

-Making the company better. Your feedback will help us shape processes as we scale.  

Requirements for crushing it:

-Be super organized. You can create calm out of chaos.

-You embrace cold calling and are able to turn strangers into allies.

-You’re quick on your feet and can react to tough challenges in the heat of the moment.

-Take rejection in stride. We either win or we learn.

-Have a sense of humor!

-Great written and verbal communication. Saying “y’all” is cool.

-Have humility. You accept when you don’t know something and go learn.

-Be a self starter. You will be making decisions from day one.

-Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.

-Ability to look at situations from several points of view and take action.
