Sales Enablement Manager

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to help drive the efficiency and productivity of our sales organization from on-boarding to ongoing learning and development. That means ensuring that our existing reps and new sales hires have everything that they need to be successful, by delivering a best in class on-boarding experience, easily accessible product knowledge and skill building programs, and the tools, process, and materials required to execute a comprehensive sales cycle. The right candidate will be responsible for using technology tools to create innovative and engaging content and will be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
What you get to do everyday:
Coordinating with sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives.
Acting as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, regularly providing transparent and proactive communication.
Scope, design, and develop learning materials, including assets and assessments, to support a variety of delivery types, including self-paced, mobile, video, podcast, webinar and leader-led, focusing on digital and blended content creation.
Facilitating trainings for the sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.
Managing, communicating, and promoting the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
Determining content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
Conducting and report on market research.
Gathering feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
Other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the role:
A comprehensive understanding of sales strategy, sales processes, and support functions required for scaling Enablement programs.
Extraordinary presentation, written and verbal communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
Ability to communicate broadly and often, providing clear purpose, direction, goals, and measures.
Demonstrated past successes in designing, developing, and facilitating sales programs that help the organization become more efficient and effective.
The ability to develop programs using data insights and leverage OKR’s/KPI’s to measure impact and success.
Prior experience developing training for or selling SaaS solutions.
Proactive, creative, adaptable, entrepreneurial and a bias for action. Comfortable presenting and engaging with cross-functional teams and executive leaders.
Creative and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and strong project management skills.
BS/BA required; Education degree a plus, or other advanced degree.
Nice to have:
Understanding of adult learning and development concepts.
Demonstrated visual/graphic design skills and comfort turning source material into interactive, visually-appealing, and engaging multimedia learning products.
Experience with mobile learning, video, gaming methodologies.
Experience in corporate or highly structured content development environment.
