Womply is looking for a customer focused, results driven Product Operations/Customer Success Associate to join our Utah office. This is an entry level position paying $13.00/hr. This product-minded associate will be required to provide technical support via telephone, email and chat and build quality assurance processes to ensure that customer facing operations are being done to a high standard. You will need to find efficient ways to structure, prioritize, and execute on tedious but important tasks. This could include increasing user engagement and analyzing data so that we better understand our customers. You will also assist with product tasks when needed.

Additional responsibilities will include:

Answer and provide low level technical support through calls and respond to emails

Handle customers online social media inquiries via phone and email

Manage and resolve customer complaints around social media sites like Facebook, Google, TripAdvisor, and Yelp

Provide and walk customers through product and service information such as how to claim their social media pages

Document standard operating procedures and figure out ways to improve workflow

Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems

You Have:

Basic excel knowledge

Experience in a customer support environment, preferably in a high-tech setting

Tech-savvy and comfortable with both PC and Mac, as well as Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to listen effectively and understand the details of customer issues

Passionate about working across multiple teams including Product, QA, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success

1+ years of IT or technical support experience required

Experience in Zendesk is a plus
