WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

WizeHive is seeking a full-time Solutions Architect to join a small team that designs solutions to enable existing and prospective clients to achieve their missions. This individual’s objective will be to gain a thorough understanding of client requirements, design and discuss alternative solutions with the client, and create a blueprint for our professional services team to implement. The solutions architect will also be responsible for demoing prototypes to prospects, while articulating the product’s value proposition to both business and technical users.

This position requires a strong communicator with business acumen and technical skills. We need someone someone that will not shy away from daily client calls, but is also confident in their technical ability to provide insight and creative suggestions on how to configure our highly customizable software to fit their needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Solution Blueprint
Lead calls with late-stage, qualified prospects and existing clients to understand their program processes, budget, and timeline.
Translate client requirements into a proposed solution blueprint, consisting of a set of process workflows, configuration plan, and custom development project requirements.
Document potential technical issues and facilitate conversations with the prospect or client so that they clearly understand trade-offs and options
Answer questions and concerns about the blueprint before professional services teams provide estimates and before configuration and/or custom development begins
Support Sales
Create trials and proofs of concept for customers with complex processes that directly address customer pain and emphasize Zengine’s unique value proposition.
Guide prospects through product demonstrations, in order to demonstrate WizeHive’s ability to meet and exceed customer requirements and build a strong relationship with the prospect.
Support sales RFP proposal writing
Answer technical questions from prospects, clients, and partners regarding proposed Zengine solutions.
Track customer and market-driven trends
Champion product feature request trends to product owners
Communicate key learnings about the market and competitors to key company stakeholders, including product, sales, and marketing.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Two to three years of experience in a technical, problem solving position (i.e. Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consulting)
Experience providing technical solutions via phone and email
Experience creating process design documents/blueprinting
Exceptional communication skills
Strong level of comfort with relational databases
Platform configuration, development, or technical design experience is a plus
An entrepreneurial and tenacious spirit - you “roll up your sleeves” and are always looking for new ways to achieve greater levels of success
Ability to successfully oversee multiple opportunities concurrently
Team player attitude
