Responsibilities, Skills, and Capabilities Required:

- 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Proven track-record of exceeding quota, performance awards
- Build your own SQL pipeline through calling and emailing
- Build peer relationships with owners and management of target accounts
- Empathy and excellent listening skills
- Tenacity and will to persevere through adversity
- Unshakeable belief in yourself
- Qualify (and disqualify) prospects; invest time accordingly
- Maintain existing relationships, and gain referrals
- Clear, concise communication with clients and teammates
- High energy, fun spirit
- Burning desire to learn and improve — coachable

Required Education and Experience:
- Four year college degree
- Consistently rated as top performer
- SaaS sales experience (Ideally 1 year minimum)
- Enjoys using new technology
- Experience working as a host, server, or restaurant manager is helpful
