Customer Success Manager - Digital₹2.5L – ₹3L
- Operate as the point of contact for all matters specific to our customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and advise them on issues related to the market and offer solutions on the same
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate and prepare the report of the progress of the clients.
- Identify and grow opportunities to ensure revenue growth.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Analyze data trends and client performance to develop strategic pitches and presentations.
- Graduate with X years with 2 years of experience in Business Development

-Strong pipeline management skills, process-orientation, and comfort working in agile environments
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be data driven and be able to provide data insights to clients
- Understanding of SAAS Products.
