Winning new business is the lifeblood of our company.

We are a Brand strategy and Digital Design agency based out of India and we are setting up our shop in Singapore by December 2019. We would like to score a couple of projects in the meanwhile, for which we are looking for an expert who can start developing relations and connects with potential clients, partners, and designers.

This would be a contract/part-time role, to begin with considering the legal formalities which are in the process. We would make this role permanent once we complete the legalities to set up the company in Singapore. Also depending on your leadership skills, we shall offer the full-time role in our core team and you would be the first employee in the Singapore branch.

Our ideal candidate is someone who lives, breathes and thoroughly understands the importance of brand strategy and design for any organization. A great brand needs a stand-out strategy, creative muscle, and the right behaviors to make it real.

Whitenoise has seen rapid growth over the past 1 year in the Indian market. In order to build on this success, we are now placing a clear focus on the delivery of our strategic outbound plan.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and energetic team player who will proactively target our ideal clients to promote our cutting-edge service offerings in order to generate revenues beyond our core business. This role is demanding, pressurized and comes with high expectations.

The role….
You will need to find and follow up leads via cold calling, product presentations, CPD presentations, and other lead systems to completion of the projects. You will be interacting with a specialist team from India to design and drive the methodical and relentless execution of the outbound plan ensuring we stay relevant in a fast-moving market and maintain our position as one of the leading Branding and Design Agency.

Internal - Relationship Building
To effectively design and implement the strategic outbound plan, you will need to cultivate and develop strong internal relationships with multiple stakeholders in different departments across all levels; from the CEO through to the design intern. Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills are a must.

External - Sales Outreach
In order to meet or exceed our new business targets and set up high-quality, qualified, relevant meetings and be invited to pitch, you will need to build, develop and manage an effective sales pipeline. A sales mindset, tenacity and a passion for branding are musts.
