The role:

The Customer Success Associate role is based in Copenhagen in our corporate headquarters (we’ll help relocate if you need it). You’ll help us bring together product, sales, and account management into a thoughtful, positive and productive conversation for and about customers. You’ll be key in helping us be as successful with our product as possible both in the short and longer terms.

You’ll have plenty of opportunity to interact with all of us Whispr-ers face to face, including the product team and senior managers in all areas. You’ll also be travelling to customer sites to work directly with the folks using our product to help them get started and get the results they need.

It will be your role to build trust, inspire confidence, and ultimately to help our customers solve their most challenging problems by using Whispr effectively. The product and sales team look forward to your thoughtful distillation of what you’ve learned by delivering high quality feedback about the challenges you observe in the field.


More details:

This role is unique in that it spans a couple of areas and requires a healthy mix of analytical, emotional, and communication skills (both written and verbal). You’ll have the opportunity to dig deeply into customer needs and challenges, but then zoom out again with detailed feedback to help us build a better business.

• Help to build and tune the customer adoption phase by helping customers get started. This phase spans everything from helping them determine what equipment they’ll need to make the most of Whispr, and what do their end-users need to be truly successful with our product

• Join forces with our customers in the early days to help them understand all aspects of the product. You will work closely with operations teams, supervisors, and most importantly with the workers who will use Whispr every day

• Use your initiative and be creative in trying different solutions for technological, equipment or instructional challenges that crop up, sometimes unexpectedly, along the way

• Help us discover where we can bring even more value to our customers: what’s the big challenge we can solve for the client?

• Keep us honest and well informed through progress reports and thoughtful feedback. Your views, opinions, and well-informed feedback will help us shape a great product!

• Make our Whispr Superheroes programme your own: workers on their feet give feedback on the product in real time, so sometimes the users join for lunch and beers, and develop a close relationship with each of us on the team
