Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll work side-by-side with Product Managers to create marketing strategies and plans to ensure successful launches and accelerated adoption of our platform. You will serve as the glue between the Product/Design and Marketing functions, helping us create products that delight our customers and meet their needs. You will be responsible for developing the product positioning, and messaging that solidifies the Whatfix competitive positioning in the market. You'll have the unique opportunity to collaborate across the organization from the product ideation stage all the way through to market execution.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Go-to-Market Planning: Enhance GTM strategy to design initiatives aimed at target segments and persona, and differentiate our products in the market

2. Sales enablement: Educate the sales and inside sales team on messaging and value proposition and develop product domain assets to help sales move prospects forward in the sales funnel

3. Product launch: Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

4. Understand market trends and competitors and develop marketing strategies to increase our market presence and penetration.

5. Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives associated with ongoing product initiatives.

6. Market intelligence - Be the expert on our buyers, why they buy, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on the competitive strategy for the spectrum of competitors.

7. Demand generation - Offer input into the marketing programs that drive demand for our products

8. Tradeshow and Event support - From creating session presentations to messaging to booth designs - you are the voice and creative mind behind our brand.

Qualifications:

1. MBA is preferred

2. 1-6 years of solid product marketing experience

3. Very strong written & communication skills

4. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.

5. Excellent presentation preparation and delivery skills
