The Role

Superhumn is making truly affordable and accessible plant based foods for the masses. We've developed a line of plant-based meats that are more affordable to produce -> more affordable for the consumer. We decidedly say no to GMO, gluten, soy, allergens to satisfy growing consumer demands for natural, minimally processed foods.

Founded by celebrity chef Jade Cheng and led by CEO Nils Lommerin, former CEO of Del Monte.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit who can drive sales, loves closing, and is unintimidated by fast-paced growth and multi-tasking.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Foodservice Account Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for selling our alternative protein products such as bacon, beef, pork, and chicken to retail foodservice businesses.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationships with retail foodservice businesses in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell our alternative protein products to customers and drive sales growth.
Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
Educate customers on the features and benefits of our alternative protein products.
Coordinate product demonstrations and tastings to generate interest and awareness.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail and/or foodservice sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Knowledge of the foodservice industry and the alternative protein market.
Existing relationships with retail foodservice businesses is preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.

Job Type: Commission-only
