Superhuman Studios is a multimedia platform creating original and incubating new KOLS/influencers. We distribute content through new media (web, Wechat, Weibo, Iqiyi, Youku) and traditional media (TV, film) channels and plan to develop our own platform.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit who can drive business growth, strategy, unintimidated by fast-paced growth and multi-tasking. Our company is 6 months young and has already experienced explosive growth to a team of 30 people.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a successful business development and sales strategy. You will be responsible for driving revenue, increasing our brand recognition, identifying new markets, forging strategic partnerships and driving the company’s strategic vision.


- Conduct in-depth research and market analysis and recommend necessary refinements (action plans) based research findings
- Develop and implement business development strategies
- Lead the process of defining target customers and industry verticals
- Conceptualize and develop revenue-generating marketing programs, including large-scale multi-platform ideas, promotional partnerships and advertiser events
- Develop and implement a sales program including building a network of sales agents
- Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies to achieve its annual sales goal
- Collaborate with Creative Director in development of marketing collateral; including but not limited to, advertiser-facing decks, program one sheets and recaps
- Identify and develop partnerships with relevant high end brands like food products, kitchen products, appliances, beauty brands, etc
- Identify and develop partnerships with other potential tie-in partners, hospitality and wellness designers, architects, real estate developers, etc.
- Provide strategic and tactical support to high-value accounts. In doing so, positively impact client satisfaction, build relationships throughout the client organization and deliver campaigns that meet and exceed goals.
- Source, hire and manage outside vendors to assist in fulfilling programs (when necessary)
- Meet with partners/sponsors as needed to present proposals and/or discuss ongoing marketing programs in development as well as added-value concepts and requirements


5+ years, undergraduate degree and 3+ years experience working in a business development role, preferably in digital content
Combination of creativity and strategic acumen
Self-starter and ability to work efficiently and independently
Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
Strong leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills, with the capability of engaging others at all levels of the organization
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Highly organized with outstanding project and time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with precise attention to detail
Experience conducting research and advancing new ideas with minimal guidance
Broad knowledge and strong interest in food, wellness, sustainability, fashion, design, art and architecture
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, handle dynamic situations, and work under pressure
Is a demonstrated team player and collaborator and able to foster honest, open communication
