- Take ownership of all customer success and support initiatives
- Monitor multiple channels (email, social, chat) to answer customer and potential customer questions in a timely manner
- Gain a full understanding of Wellthon’s product
- Collaborate with CEO, product team, and marketing team to drive product decisions based on customer feedback, bug reports, and feature requests.
- Act as the company voice showing empathy and patience to an older customer base that sometimes requires extra care
- Create guidelines and maintain a knowledge database (like response templates) for support.
- Work with engineering and product teams to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Wear multiple hats in a fast pace start-up environment

Preferred Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service / support
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand app functionality and terminology
- An infectious joyful spirit that consistently turns a negative into a positive
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to interpret a customer’s real need and deliver a positive outcome
- Proficiency with email and customer relationship management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bonus points for experience with health and fitness
- Bonus points for experience servicing older adults
