- Work with the CEO as part of the company leadership team.
- Own key strategic objectives in a fast pace start-up environment. You may lead operational, business development, or product objectives depending on business needs.
- Own key business functions such as Finance, Legal and HR.
- Identify business needs and take Initiative to find solutions
- Provide structure and accountability on strategic objectives across the company.
- Hire and manage vendors and contractors.
- Personally execute a wide variety of tasks to help move our business forward. You may negotiate with hardware suppliers, define budgets, help with product scoping, or communicate with payroll provider depending on changing business needs.
- Over time, build out and manage the team to hit your functional and strategic goals.
- Represent our family culture and sincere mission internally and externally, setting an example to others.

Required Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years’ operational leadership experience.
- Thrives in an independent work environment without the need for micromanagement or specific direction.
- Experience building an organization in a high-growth startup environment.
- Track record of setting and hitting high-level business goals.
- Functional experience managing some of: HR/recruiting, legal/compliance, finance, risk.
- Management skills: set objectives, give feedback, communicate clearly, plan work, monitor progress, develop people, encourage creativity, prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bonus points for experience with health, fitness, SAAS + hardware
