We’re looking for an account executive who is able to develop strong relationships with our customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders and undertake effective marketing efforts at the same time.

You will be required to answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Marketing, Sales and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

You'll also be required to work with customers from multiple time zones.

Responsibilities
1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
3. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
5. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
6. Prepare reports on account status
7. Collaborate with sales and tech teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory
8. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
9. Actively assist in all social media marketing activities. Conduct campaigns and evaluate results achieved.
10. Refine social media and customer management strategies.
