We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.

HR Executive responsibilities include updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments.

Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

The HR Executive will support the daily human resources operations. This role will be a key resource for employees and will contribute to talent management, benefits, compliance, and training efforts. The HR Executive will also play a role in coordinating workflow, preparing reports and presentations. This is a fast-paced position and will require a high degree of organization, strong attention to detail, and high degree of professionalism.

General Responsibilities

• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Conducts new hire orientation and employee engagement programs.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Monitor HR department’s budget


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fresshers are welcome to apply, preferably 1+ years’ experience in human resource management.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment: proven ability to acclimate to new environments and contribute quickly. You also have trust, and the ability to appropriately deal with “people-sensitive” issues and handle confidential documents. You are motivated to pursue a career path in HR.

• Detail-oriented: You understand that the small things matter and are worth doing right. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

• Tech-savvy: You’re not only comfortable with technology – you ‘excel’ at it. You have advanced skills in working with all programs in the Microsoft suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Creative and engaging: You can talk to anyone; you’re motivated, fearless, and excited to help build something awesome. You enjoy coming up with new ideas and building on existing ones that will drive employee engagement.

• Flexibility: You roll with the punches. You prefer a fast-paced and dynamic environment and are agile and comfortable enough to keep up as plans change and evolve.

• Ability to multi-task: You’ve demonstrated the ability to balance and manage multiple priorities with accuracy, efficiency, and in a timely manner due to your strong organization skills.

• Collaboration: You’re able to build strong relationships and effectively partner with other team members to achieve results. You understand how your work (& the way you communicate it) is important to other people.
