Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a new member to our Service Team in Noida office

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Receiving calls from our customers and collecting data on their queries
- Using CRM for keeping data
- Support to Service Team in all customer care questions
- Collecting feedback about our services

Skills required:
- Good communication skills
- Fluent Hindi and English
- Native Telugu language
- Attention to details
- Self-motivation
- Desire to grow with the company
