About the Position

In conjunction with the accounting teams both in the US and UK, this role will manage and maintain our books and records as well as the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. This is a temp to perm position.

What You’ll do:

- Work with our office manager to review invoices, expense reports, reconcile
payments and prepare financial documents for US and UK entities.
- Compile data and prepare journal entries for balance sheet accounts (i.e.
pre-paids, accruals and deferrals as required)
- Address documentation requests and inquiries during the annual audit and
investor inquiries as they arise.
- Ad hoc accounting duties as needed.

About You:

- Solid understanding of US GAAP or IFRS.
- BS/BA in accounting, finance or business administration
- Experience reviewing financial statements and account reconciliations.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general
- Proficient with MS Excel, GoogleSheets, DropBox and Xero.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both
verbal and written.
- Autonomous and detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A reliable team player who can prioritize tasks, anticipate challenges and
resolve issues swiftly if and when they arise.


- Basic understanding of UK GAAP or IFRS.
- CPA or CMA preferred (certification candidates welcome)
