Planned is a platform created to enable event planners to scale by providing them with an extremely rich marketplace of event spaces and vendors. We have layered on an automated concierge service that allows planners to book everything they need for an event (event space, catering, furniture, and entertainment) all in one place - for free. Planned already works with over 80 companies across Canada, such as; PwC, Element AI, BMO, L’Oréal, Google, Samsung & Airbnb.

As a partnership growth specialist, you'll be a key part in growth our marketplace presence across North America, while working alongside a fast-paced, diverse and exciting team.

Your Mission:

- Help achieve the mandate of becoming the largest, highest quality marketplace of venue & vendor partners in North America.
- Create partnerships with unique, flagship & diverse businesses in every core market we launch.
- Become data-driven in your approach, leveraging insights and feedback from others on your team.
- Work in unison with the Partner Success team to ensure a smooth transition between partnership creation and onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly KPI targets set by the Director of Partnership Growth.

Who you are:
- Outgoing, personable, target-oriented and passionate
- Receptive to feedback & coaching
- Execution over delegation mindset, willing to take on a variety of challenges as they arise
- At least 1 year of professional experience, whether it be in business development, account management, sales, marketing, retail, event planning or food & beverage.

Personal and Professional Competencies:
- Confident, influential, and effective when interacting with others.
- Strong written and verbal skills. Equally strong listening skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products and Google Suite.
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is considered an asset
- Exhibits assertiveness, strong perception, and insightfulness.
- Unquestionable business and personal integrity, discretion, and judgment.
- Is passionate about the event industry and keeps tabs on new trends
- Connections and/or previous experience in the event planning industry are considered to be an asset
