About Honey:
Simply put: We eliminate credit card transaction fees for small businesses. In our effort to liberate small businesses from the backward ways of the financial world, we are democratizing payments. What we are looking for:
Someone to take on marketing, growth and brand. The person should be data driven, passionate and have experience executing from the ground up.

Responsible for growing a base of users, driving engagement and retention; and leading creative, brand and communications strategies.

----About You----

Must Haves:

  • Live in the Bay Area
  • 8+ years experience in growth hacking
  • 5+ years of growing users for a high growth B2C biz
  • You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • You are data driven, but not afraid to take chances
  • You truly understand what organic growth means
  • Fortitude: If you had duct tape, you could make an airplane; if had duct tape and cardboard, you could build a rocketship.

Preferences:

  • Extensive entrepreneurial experience with a true start-up
  • 5+years experience in banking. credit card experience or payments

Ideally:
You enjoy starting from scratch and building something by rolling up your sleeves; you love to be at the forefront of new, but understand what works and most of all you love the art of marketing. You are not afraid.
