*Who we’re looking for:*
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 0-2 years of experience who can secure appointments with qualified companies. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads for our Account Executives. You will work directly with your manager and the Account Executive team to build Ourly’s sales pipeline and with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure our messages are always on brand.

The Sales Development team at Ourly is the first point of contact for prospective clients and the face of the company. As the initial stage of the sales cycle, you will be tasked with educating the market and generating interest with ideal clients.

*What you’ll do:*
• Become an Ourly expert through our detailed training so you can be the best brand ambassador

• Identify, analyze and develop lists of new prospects in both existing and emerging markets

• Prospect and pre-qualify leads for account executives

• Generate leads for the account executives by scheduling sales meetings from cold outreach – emailing and calling businesses in the United States

• Write compelling emails to increase response rate and total conversion rate of responses that lead to calls

• Follow up on marketing activity to set qualified meetings for account executives

• Qualify opportunities, handle objections, and generate leads

• Measure, report and adjust lead generation process to continue to refine the best tactics for approaching the market

• Hit monthly, qualified meeting goals

• Track and monitor successes to improve sales messaging

• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams from your outreach efforts to identify new opportunities

• Collaborate with the account executives to improve processes and quality of meetings, and to exceed goals

• Meet regularly for one-on-ones with our sales leadership team

• Help build a world-class financial services company

• Competitive, self-motivated, resourceful, and metrics driven

• Experience prospecting for leads or in another sales-related position

• Crazy attention to detail and superhuman interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-activity sales role

• Self-starter who doesn’t need to be closely managed

• Coachable and willing to accept feedback to improve

• Comfortable talking to strangers and is an expert making first contact and building valuable relationships

• Ability to make 50+ outbound calls on a daily basis Interest in developing or growing a career in software/technical sales
