The role represents a great opportunity to join an exciting business and to support the ever-growing Wallex team across our compliance and administrative functions.

We are looking for a highly motivated team member to prospect and acquire new business opportunities for Wallex. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for meeting revenue targets and the building of strategic partnerships that will help with the growth of the business.

This role will be based in Singapore.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be:

- Proposing and executing various outreach strategies to identify potential clients, and be our first line of contact to our prospective clients.

- Maintaining and updating a database of potential clients, based on the result of the outreach strategies.

- Actively engaging with prospects and successfully converting them into our clients.

- Supporting clients on the onboarding process, by communicating and coordinating between the client and compliance team.

- Responsible for the starting of the relationship with qualified clients.

- Motivated to meet revenue goals and provide feedback and suggestions based on interactions with external parties.

- Identifying strategic partners and liaising with potential partners to determine possible partnership opportunities.


- At least 2-3 years of working experience in business development or related fields.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Professional approach in all external communication.

- Prior experience in the payments space will be an advantage.
