Senior Sales Operations Analyst

As the Senior Sales Operations Analyst at WalkMe you will report to our Sales Operations Manager and you will be responsible for creating and managing sales planning which will include territory management, head count planning, quota roll out, and commission plans. You will conduct analysis into the health of the business and will be the harbinger for identifying relevant trends, challenges and opportunities. Your work will help guide and prioritize our decisions with passion, data-drive analysis and thought recommendations.

What You'll Own

• Focus across analytics, process & infrastructure, and strategy
• Expand on and develop new operational models around pipeline health and deal management
• Analyze and promote the health of the business: guide rigorous oversight, ensure accurate forecasts and create operational transparency
• Follow your curiosity and pursue hunches to uncover deep insight to steer our go-to-market investments – you will bring new perspectives to the table
• Manage our quota, territory and capacity plans, helping support a continuous planning cycle
• Bring competency with our data in Salesforce, in-house data warehouse, and other data sources to capture different views into the business

What You Need to Succeed

• Two or more years of operational experience, with at least 1+ years in an analytical or ops capacity
• Salesforce mastery: complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, workflows
• MS Excel skills, you can apply sumifs, index/match and vlookup, and table formulas
• Deep experience modeling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), analysis tools, visualization)
• Endless curiosity and enjoy digging deeper for better understanding
• You enjoy working with others and working solo
