Walker Tracker is a growing, inclusive local startup that builds software that helps communities and organizations get healthy, build camaraderie, and achieve goals. We’re hiring salespeople to work with an abundance of incoming leads and to contribute to our sales system.

After onboarding, you’ll be given an existing pipeline with fresh leads delivered daily. In return, we request consistent documentation of sales communications and diligent follow-up communication with prospects. Bonus skills include familiarity with delivering demos in a video call / teleconference environment, Hubspot Sales & CRM, and Software-as-a- Service models. Also, we sell health & wellness products to human resources teams, so knowledge of either space helps.

This is an entry-level position with near-term growth potential. This role teaches our product / industry. As soon as you’re ready, you’ll move to larger accounts. Until then, the salary and commission structure will set you up for success.

We believe that compensation is important, and we'll never hassle you about how much you'll get paid for the revenue you bring in. Your role is vitally important.

• Respond to incoming leads, create new opportunities/leads, close new business.
• Prospect new strategic accounts with creativity, tact, and compelling positioning.
• Deliver informative, professional product demonstrations. We'll train you on everything you need to know, and
you won't be left to fend for yourself - Knowledge and deep understanding create a compelling sales process.
• Record activity in the CRM (we use Hubspot), streamline existing processes, and follow best practices.
• Practice diligence and frequency with your relationships (customers, the Walker Tracker team, our tools) – you
will be managing many opportunities at any one time. Did I mention how many inbound leads we get?
• Expand knowledge of and network in the health & wellness space to reach new markets and cohorts.
