VSCO is seeking a Program Manager to own the roadmap, priorities, and requirements for our marketing team. You will play a key role in extending the performance and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and initiatives that will directly impact our business metrics. This is a highly visible role within VSCO, where you will partner with functional leads across the organization. The span of potential impact in this role is limitless, with full visibility across the company and room to grow alongside the business.


The day-to-day

* Manage the roadmap, priorities, and workflow within the marketing team (Creative, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Media/Distribution/Social, CRM)
* Collaborate with partner teams across the company and agency teams to define and deliver on the needs for marketing campaigns/initiatives, creative projects and analytics
* Prioritize and execute on varying initiatives in a fast-paced environment
* Guide and implement processes and systems across the marketing team
* Continually seek out methods to improve processes and efficiencies 
* Own relationships with outside partners and vendors
* Establish and track success metrics for team efforts
* Track budget and timelines for the marketing offense



* A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
* 3+ years of marketing operations program or project management experience 
* Ability to think strategically and socialize a clear, compelling marketing offense
* Experience and flexibility managing teams with agile methodologies
* Expertise in concise, organized communication and problem-solving skills
* Previous success impacting and improving business metrics by driving initiatives forward
* Exposure to partnering closely with agency and production partners and cross-functional teams


Nice to have

* Hands-on marketing experience with consumer products at the global scale
* Knowledge and experience with project management tools 
* Experience working with various creative disciplines
* Expertise in managing complex programs with multiple touchpoints
* Exposure to mentoring junior staff
* A deep appreciation for photography and/or other aspects of the arts
