About the role:

Are you a salesperson looking to move into the future with a leading SaaS company that is a dominant player in The Sales Acceleration industry? The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for closing deals and helping a small sales team close deals, prospect, hit the metrics, and most importantly sell to the right customer. We have a very big focus on onboarding customers and making sure we are a right fit for their pain points.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of Top Producer in Closing Sales Role(evidence of President's Club / Over Quota)
1+ years as a Team Lead
Experience in selling technology/media solutions
Exceptional consultative selling skills and outstanding closing skills
Coaching, training and supervising skills for your sales team
Accurate forecasting reporting and pipeline management of your own and team
Be a self-starter with motivation to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
Consistently achieve your daily, weekly and monthly activities
Experience with Salesforce.com a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Become an expert in recognizing challenges that our prospective customers experience, which can be solved with Salestools solutions
Identify what the sales team needs to be successful and hit targets, and make sure you provide them with
Hit own targets and team targets
Serve as a brand enthusiast for Salestools suite of products
Close new business consistently
Achieved daily KPI's making 1 to 1 product demos, create own opportunities, have high retention for the closed accounts.
Build rapport with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business and have your own champion within the organization
Follow up on highly qualified opportunities from inbound or outbound at small and mid-sized companies
Work collaboratively with marketing to execute sales strategy, A/B sequence split testing
Lead by example
Respond to complex questions regarding the product or new approaches
