Sales Development Representative

As the founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) at VoiceOps, you will :
Drive new business in the mid-market segment through activities like prospecting via phone, email, and assorted other campaigns
Prospect into and establish new relationships with sales leaders (directors, VPs, c-suite)
Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, touch-points and the handoff to an Account Executive.
Use your creativity and tenacity to develop and improve how we target and penetrate new market segments.
Hit and/or exceed quotas.
Help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
We aren’t concerned with you having any particular background/experience. Ideally, you are:
Entry level (0+ years of sales experience, but should have already had other roles in a professional setting).
Experience in a lead generation or lower level sales, or tangential, role strongly preferred.
Strong desire to begin a career in software sales.
You learn quickly and are excited to take on challenging new projects
You are sharp, self-motivated, organized, detail and process oriented
