We would describe VoiceIQ as “Call centre technology for every employee" but we don’t because VoiceIQ is a quantum leap ahead of the game compared to modern call centre systems.

For decades business phones have done little more than let employees simply dial their colleagues and customers - no integration to CRM, certainly no coordination of who is calling which customer and definitely no management reporting (just a boring long itemized phone bill). Companies invest millions to make telephony more relevant to their business processes e.g. in call centres, but it’s too expensive to give to everybody.
