RocketVisor is changing how businesses deploy their company processes, bringing strategy and technology into harmony. RocketVisor’s no-code app builder for process compliance is a game-changing innovation for companies who recognize the importance of having a clear process accelerated by technology. The product supports teams in achieving the research-backed results of improving consistency of sales execution.

Our first product is for sales teams. In the future, we plan to expand to serve other functions and verticals where process is crucial. Our proprietary no-code app builder enables non-technical customers to design and deploy custom apps for their sales teams, integrating their sales process with the tools and content. These apps reduce ramp ramp time for new hires and help tenured sellers achieve more consistent performance.

RocketVisor was founded in 2016 at Harvard Business School. We are backed by the same investor as AirBnb, HubSpot, Warby Parker, and Snapchat.

The Role:

You will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing deals with CROs, VPs of Sales, and VPs of Sales Operations at fast-growing companies across the country. As an early full-time employee on the team, this is a highly autonomous role which is suited to self-motivated individuals who have a passion for helping customers solve problems. You will be responsible for setting your own goals, tuning our sales messaging, and owning our own internal sales process.

As a charter member of our startup team, your product ideas will directly impact our roadmap. You’ll be on the team for a number of exciting firsts. This is a great opportunity for experienced sales professionals who want to grow professionally by seeing how a sales team gets built up from the beginning.

For candidates with hopes to develop into leadership positions, there will be possibility within 8-12 months of strong performance as an individual contributor to begin hiring additional team members as direct reports.


Maintain a list of target accounts and source the primary contacts
Build outbound cadences using Outreach.io that include call, email, and social campaigns
Track metrics in Salesforce.com
Connect, qualify, and book appointments for both you and the executive leadership
Work as a consultative partner to our customers, helping them reach their goals
Close deals
Act as the voice of the customer to collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to improve the product experience
Be a part of our startup office chore rotation (we cook lunch together on most days and take turns with other small chores; we do have a weekly cleaning service)

You have:
At least 3 years of experience in a B2B selling environment at an early-stage company
Have experience in a role that involved sourcing leads and cold-calling
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Outreach.io or similar tools
A track record of success with positive references from previous managers
A passion for early stage startups (and understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities at a company likes ours)
A tech-savvy mindset that can help our customers understand the unique value of our product
