We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Technology Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers via our Help Desk. Through phone, and email you’ll ensure that our customers and prospective customers always have a great experience. You will be their champion and voice inside the company. You will help our customers with their technology issues and make sure they always get the support they need.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Provide technology support for new and existing customers
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from new and existing customers
• Outbound outreach to customers concerning any and all aspects of their accounts
• Triage technical issues & work with internal resources to support client needs
• Solicit and compile customer feedback to help drive product and process improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Tech savvy and a good understanding of networking, iPads and common consumer devices
• Stellar written and oral communication skills
• Natural listener and problem solver with a passion for helping people
• Must have the ability to follow through on all tasks
• Ability to work fast and think on your feet in high-pressure situations
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to respond to inquiries quickly and efficiently
• Experience with Zendesk a plus
