The challenge: Due to increased demand for virtual dental consultations in the midst of COVID-19, we’ve had an overwhelming response to our teledentistry software, Teledentix. Because of this huge influx of leads we are now in need of a team member that’s familiar with the dental industry, comfortable with CRMs and follow up automations to help take over managing all the demos and calls we’ll be giving.

Here’s what success looks like: After one week of joining us, you’ll feel like you have enough information to start taking Sales calls on your own. There will be minor slip ups, but because of your Dental industry background you can make quick corrections and improve on each successive call. That growing list of leads just keeps getting longer! You’ll be working from home and you’re great at managing your time because you’re a self-starter and only need a little guidance to jump right in and get going. When you do have some down time, you’ll be checking our Sales Funnel for leads and sending lots of follow up emails and taking meticulous notes, you always like to add a personal touch. Occasionally, you don’t mind jumping in and scheduling appointments for our other Sales Reps, you’ve got a great team player attitude. You’re always looking for ways to improve your process, and you do research on your own. When you do find a potential solution that can help, you eagerly present your ideas and provide clarity on how your solution fits with our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Keeping meticulous track of the leads collected with our CRM with excellent notes and keeping track of trends that you’ll relay to Marketing
• Utilizing automation processes to send follow up emails schedule calls
• Utilizing your knowledge of Dentistry to develop rapport with leads, but also your tech knowledge to help see where our software can help with Dental workflows
• Using Video Conference software to showcase a comprehensive teledentistry solution and nimbly address questions that show how our software can fit into our future client’s existing workflow

Required Qualifications
2 years experience Sales
2 years experience CRMs
2 years experience Dental Industry
US Citizen

Highly Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years experience working with Sales within the Dental Industry
2+ years experience working in Dental Clinic Operations
Track record in selling digital solutions or SaaS
Startup experience
