As a manager of our Local business, you'll be responsible for a large sales team focusing on the overall success of the sales team, as well as developing and executing on the overarching category strategy. You will report directly to our Country Manager and will collaborate with corporate leadership to build an outstanding sales management team and posse of high-performing inside sales professionals.

We're big enough to have resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of autonomy and can make a meaningful impact. You’ll spend time on the following:
You will motivate and lead trained sales professionals and managers to succeed against their short- and long-term sales goals
You will hire and build management teams that will lead higher levels of success
You will develop, train, mentor, and supervise teams on sales strategy, including pipeline management, people management, and sales skills
Prioritize and allocate resources to ensure adequate support for sales management and teams
Communicate the best approach to sales teams on merchant business categories and sectors. This could include products and/or services, consumer demographics and ratings, points of differentiation, merchant economic models, revenue and profit drivers

We’re excited about you if you have:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of B2B sales management experience and experience managing managers
Sales training and development experience a plus
Evidence of successfully leading others to meet and exceed measurable sales and revenue goals
You have a track record of strong performance, growing sales teams, and increasing profitability, executing high-level, strategic initiatives
You are skilled in mentoring, developing, and motivating both managers and salespeople
You have demonstrated levels of dedication and ownership required to succeed at start-up speed
Demonstrated alignment to our leadership habits
Effectively articulate business value across text, slideshow, in person and on the phone
