Job Responsibilities:
End to end business development, starting from the sales pitch to closing the sale.
Plan and strategize for business growth.
Develop relevant advertisements, sales collaterals and business proposals.
Explore more areas of business opportunity and generate leads from potential market segments.
Reach out to prospective clients and decision-makers and build relationships with them.
Proactively and strategically initiate contact with newly discovered potentials, understand the requirement, negotiate commercials, agreement terms and close the deal. (some cold calling required).
Study client's existing technology/systems and consult them on the most appropriate process to ensure seamless integration of our solution.
Conduct interactive demos through web conferences/ meeting/phone.
Put forth suggestions for new features and improvements on our existing ones through client interactions.
Research areas for new technology development that will permit the capture of new markets and products. Work with Product Management and Development to provide solutions for new potential clients.
Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports and sharing with the manager.
Represent our company at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.

Key Skills:
MS office tools.
Google Adwords & SEO.
Knowledge of social media/digital advertising space and emerging trends.
Exceptionally well communication skills.
Being Multilingual will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Sales & Support CRM (Add-on).
Adobe Photoshop or equivalent (Add-on).

2-4 years of experience in Technology Sales, Solution Selling, Software Services.
Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
Strong initiative as well as excellent teamwork spirit.
Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced startup environment.
